Spencer Abraham is principal of The Abraham Group and former Secretary of Energy and Senator from Michigan. Lee H. Hamilton, President and Director of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, former Vice-Chair of the 9/11 Commission, and Congressman from Indiana. The Division of US Studies and the Mexico Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and Manhattan Institute have collaborated with MPI in convening the Task Force.
