The Department of State has just released its January 08 Visa Bulletin. Some slight changes, but nothing materially. The one piece of bad news is that India EB2 actually has moved behind India EB3! The logical cause for this is that many more India EB2 cases were filed during the I-140/485 Visa Gate fiasco in July/August 2007.
