The Department of State has just released the April Visa Bulletin.
EB1 - All Current
EB2 - All Current; except India and China are Dec 01, 2003
EB3 - July 1, 2005 for all countries except India and Mexico (Oct 1 2001)
China (Feb 8,2003).
Other Workers - All March 1, 2002
We're pleased to see some movement in the EB3 dates and the reintroduction of an Indian EB2 date. HLG recently explained why the dates have begun to move forward.
