Bloggings on Nurse Immigration

by Christopher T. Musillo of the Hammond Law Group

October 28, 2008

H-1s for RNs

At our San Francisco Symposium last week, a hot topic of discussion was when H-1B visas may be filed on behalf of Registered Nurses.  In 2003, HLG’s Mike Hammond wrote a lengthy article on the topic. The article was later published at ILW.com and Bender Immigration.  The article also cites a 2002 legacy-INS Memorandum on the topic.

With retrogression unlikely to be solved until 2009, now is an appropriate time to link to the article.
