Arizona's 2007 law allows the state to revoke a company's business license if it is found to have employed illegally present immigrants and mandates all employers in the state use E-Verify. The law was upheld by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, but a similar law in Oklahoma was largely overturned by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
