UPHILL CLIMB FOR SB1070 GETS EVEN STEEPER

Hat tip to reader George C. for the link to Politico's story today on the 9th Circuit panel set to consider the legality of Arizona's SB1070. While the panel is 2-1 Republican, the judges each have a history of being free thinkers on immigration issues.
