President Obama is once again allowing his actions to speak louder than his empty words.  Another DREAMer, Sandra F. Lopez, is facing imminent deportation.

Here is the information about her case, found on the DREAMActivist.org website.

URGENT: Sandra is currently being held in Eloy Detention Center where she is awaiting deportation to Mexico, a country she hasn’t been to since she was 3 days old. She could be deported any day now. Please take immediate action to stop her deportation!

Sandra was brought to the United States when she was only 3 days old. She has been living in Tucson, AZ her whole life, but is currently fighting her deportation to a country that is foreign to her. Now 20 years old, Sandra wishes to continue with her education and contribute to her community. If deported, Sandra will be sent back to a country she hasn't been to since she was 3 DAYS old!

Fox News Latino has reported that a lawsuit has been filed in Montgomery County Circuit Court challenging the new Alabama immigration law claiming that it violates provisions of the Alabama Constitution that encourage immigration. 

There are five named Plaintiffs, two of which are undocumented immigrants, two naturalized U.S citizens from Mexico, and the spouse of an undocumented worker. 

The ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center also filed suit earlier this month challenging the law.
