APRIL 2012 VISA BULLETINThe Department of State has just released the April 2012 Visa Bulletin. This Visa Bulletin did not show any progress in the EB-2 categories, after several months of big progressions. The EB-3 categories had their usual modest gains of a few weeks in all categories.
