• Deportation Defense Litigation
Deportation Hearings, Appeals and Motions to Reopen/Reconsider in Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and Federal Courts. • Family-based Green Cards Visas for Fiancé/Fiancée (K-1) and Spouses (K-3). Removal of conditional permanent residence status after one year and nine months (including before, during and after divorce/separation), including waivers. Filing for a Green Card pursuant to the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Attendance of Adjustment of Status and Naturalization interviews at 26 Federal Plaza and Garden City. Family reunification of spouses, parents, children and siblings. Filing of fraud (212(i)) and criminal waivers (212(h)).
• Tourist and Student Visas/Status
Processing and extension of Tourist (B-1/B-2) and Student (F-1, J-1, M-1) visas, Change of status from and to F-1. Reinstatement to an F-1 status. Filing of J-1 waivers. Cooperation with Colleges, Institutes and ESL courses.
