Helena was a partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP (FDBL) prior to founding Younossi Law in 2005. Her name was initially brought to my attention in 2000 as a result of due diligence activities on several dozen immigration attorneys by a former colleague of mine who was seeking what I was told then to be an uncommon work visa. I have also personally communicated with Helena on several occasions over the last few years, and found her to be highly competent and knowledgeable, unlike some other attorneys whose advice I find somewhat challenging to rely on. On top of her professional experience, Helena is also a UCLA grad, which probably isn't a bad thing at all. I suspect that her fees are somewhat lower that what many large firm (such as FDBL) charges, due in part to her firm's suburban location, although you may want conduct your own research on this.
