JOSE GUADALUPE TELLEZ PINALES
The Clerk called the Senate bill (S. 2289) for the relief of Jose
Guadalupe Tellez Pinales.
There being no objection, the Clerk read the Senate bill as follows:
S. 2289
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PERMANENT RESIDENCE.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for purposes of
the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.),
Jose Guadalupe Tellez Pinales shall be held and considered to
have been lawfully admitted to the United States for
permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this
Act upon payment of the required visa fee.
The Senate bill was ordered to be read a third time, was read the
third time, and passed, and a motion to reconsider was laid on the
table.
