H.R. 3244, to combat trafficking of persons, especially into the sex
trade, slavery, and slavery-like conditions in the United States and
countries around the world through prevention, through prosecution and
enforcement against traffickers, and through protection and assistance
to victims of trafficking. Signed October 28, 2000. (P.L. 106-386)
H.R. 2883, to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to confer
United States citizenship automatically and retroactively on certain
foreign-born children adopted by citizens of the United States. Signed

H.R. 3767, to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make
improvements to, and permanently authorize, the visa waiver pilot
