Dear Editor,

I am a somewhat frustrated subscriber of your site.

Obviously, you cannot satisfy the needs of everyone that subscribes but here are two of my gripes:

(1) Not everyone can afford to hire a lawyer - especially when you have multiple applications to file. Even if one has to pay, why can't your Case Tracking service be made available to all - even if its in a limited way to non-lawyers and employers?

(2) I have been waiting 2 weeks for the transcript of the chat done on 11.16.00 and desperately need to have the answers to the questions I posed. Mr. Siskind had browser problems and eventually I was kicked off the system and never got the answers to some of my questions. I have time on my hands some days so I could type this transcript for you if it would help me and other no doubt frustrated subscribers!

Thanks for your time. Despite my griping, this is a wonderfully informative site.

Jacqueline

Editor's Note: ILW.COM's case tracking software facilitates communication between attorneys and their clients. The system does NOT at this time track cases with any government agency. To understand case tracking better we invite you to visit the FAQs and take a tour. The transcript of Mr. Siskind's chat has been posted.
