HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT
The President notified the Clerk of the House that on the following
dates he had approved and signed bills and joint resolutions of the
following titles:
October 30, 2000:

H.R. 2883. An act to amend the Immigration and Nationality
Act to modify the provisions governing acquisition of
citizenship by children born outside of the United States,
and for other purposes.
H.R. 3767. An act to amend the Immigration and Nationality
Act to make improvements to, and permanently authorize, the
visa waiver pilot program under section 217 of such Act.
H.R. 2961. An act to amend the Immigration and Nationality
Act to authorize a 3-year pilot program under which the
Attorney General may extend the period for voluntary
departure in the case of certain nonimmigrant aliens who
require medical treatment in the United States and were
admitted under the visa waiver pilot program, and for other
purposes.
