Dear Editor:

I enjoy receiving Immigration Daily and being kept abreast of recent developments; your site is the best available in this regard. However, articles like the one in the September 27th issue by Greg Siskind and Amy Ballentine would better serve immigration attorneys if they were referenced with the authority upon which the conclusions reached in the article are based, i.e, Foreign Affairs Manual, 20 CFR, etc. Otherwise, the article was interesting, it's just that we cannot easily perform more in depth research based on the info given - research which they obviously have already done, but do not share with us.

Kudos to Angelo Paparelli for his wonderful coverage of H-1B Portability. Now that is authoritized!
