Dear Editor:

When I received an NOA for my K-3 visa petition for my wife, it notes 30-60 days processing time. In two weeks, the two months are up! It seems only two people have been approved from the list at: http://www.marriagebasedvisas.org/visa/k-3/index.php One in 22 days and one in 30 days. It also seems that these people have been selected randomly. Many people have applied before them and no one has been approved yet. What do you think is going on? What should we do if we don't get that approval in 60 days. I thought that the purpose of K-3 was to speed up the process of family reunification.
