To provide for the sharing of information between Federal departments, agencies, and other entities with respect to aliens seeking admission to the United States, and for other purposes.

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES

Ms. SNOWE (for herself and Mrs. FEINSTEIN) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary


A BILL

To provide for the sharing of information between Federal departments, agencies, and other entities with respect to aliens seeking admission to the United States, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHARING INFORMATION.

    All United States law enforcement agencies and the intelligence community (as defined in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 401a(4)) shall share information on aliens with any United States department, agency, or other entity responsible for receiving, processing, issuing, and admitting any individual seeking entry to the United States by any visa or other official document that authorizes entry to the United States.
