Dear Editor:

Yesterday's article about the British woman whose husband's tragic demise in the WTC Terror incident and subsequent INS removal proceedings against her despite political assurance to the contrary once again only underscores, the inhumane, pitiful and narrow minded, bureaucratic mind set of INS personnel as the most inefficient federal agency of all times.
