Dear Editor:
I recently heard CIS Director Ed Aguirre speak in California. His talk convinced me that President Bush picked the right man to lead CIS. He is marshalling the talent that already exists at CIS and he has a detailed plan to take the organization to a world class level. The Immigration Bar can take comfort in the fact that there is a Captain of the Ship who is taking the best practices from private industry and bringing it to government.
