I can analyze this in several ways (PERM coming/not). However, it is clear to me that the automated 'check box' process and 'post audit' (LCA type) lends itself to possible 'fraud' by non-lawyers, those that will represent themselves, and consultants, which will lead to an avalanche of immediate EB/I-485 Adj. filings, i.e., and concurrent I-765, I-131 and spousal filings (and therefore a subsequent 'mess' that could again take years to straighten out).
