USCIS Interim Rule On Adopted Children Under Hague Convention
USCIS issued an interim rule to establish new administrative procedures for the immigration of children who are adopted by U.S. citizens and who come from countries that are parties to the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption.
