Dear Editor:
This refers to the letter of Manoj from India, which is asking suggestions for stopping his father-in-law from filing petition on his behalf as well as his wife and son as he does not like to immigrate to the US. I advise Manoj that he put this problem before the ILW.COM Discussion Board. From this Board, I am sure, he will have good advice from many people who are very eager to help in the matters of immigration issues.

S. Salike

Dear Editor:
I was living in US for the last several years. I did have work permit but due to some technicalities, I could not get permanent residence. I have recently got PRC to Canada, but I had to leave the US with my son in his final year of high school. Under the circumstances, is it possible that my son, can get a US Visa to complete his final year and graduate? He can live with his uncle who is in same school district. I will appreciate if you can help me it.
