TPS Extended For Honduran And Nicaraguan Nationals

The Department of Homeland Security announced a 18-month extension of TPS for Nationals of Honduras and Nicaragua. Applicants should file the re-registration application package at the USCIS Chicago Lockbox, and not at the USCIS Service Centers. For the USCIS press release, see here.

Dear Editor:
Can someone go to an ordinary photographer and get a digital phtotograph accepted by USCIS? What does it mean that the photograph must have a resolution of 320 pixel by 240 pixel wide?

Tabe Sam

Dear Editor:
I had applied for advanced parole when I filed my case for adjustment of status I-485, in August 2002, nothing came as yet in the mail. What should I do?

Badar

Dear Editor:
In response to the letter from Mr. Arrey in the November 1st issue of Immigrant's Weekly asking how to distinguish legitimate DV-lottery websites from fake websites, you know when a website is really a government website, because only the government is permitted to use the ".gov" extension at the end of the website address.
