TPS Extended For Honduran And Nicaraguan Nationals
The Department of Homeland Security announced a 18-month extension of TPS for Nationals of Honduras and Nicaragua. Applicants should file the re-registration application package at the USCIS Chicago Lockbox, and not at the USCIS Service Centers. For the USCIS press release, see here.

Can someone go to an ordinary photographer and get a digital phtotograph accepted by USCIS? What does it mean that the photograph must have a resolution of 320 pixel by 240 pixel wide?

In response to the letter from Mr. Arrey in the November 1st issue of Immigrant's Weekly asking how to distinguish legitimate DV-lottery websites from fake websites, you know when a website is really a government website, because only the government is permitted to use the ".gov" extension at the end of the website address.
