ABOUT OUR ADVISORS

Jason Dzubow's practice focuses on immigration law, asylum, and appellate litigation. Mr. Dzubow is admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of Washington, DC and Maryland, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth, Eleventh, and DC Circuits, all Immigration Courts in the United States, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Capital Area Immigrant Rights (CAIR) Coalition. In June 2009, CAIR Coalition honored Mr. Dzubow for his Outstanding Commitment to Defending the Rights and Dignity of Detained Immigrants. In December 2011, Washingtonian magazine recognized Dr. Dzubow as one of the best immigration lawyers in the Washington, DC area; in March 2011, he was listed as one of the top 25 legal minds in the country in the area of immigration law. Mr. Dzubow is also an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University in Virginia.

Rami Fakhoury is a member of Fakhoury Law Group, P.C. His practice focuses on business-based employment immigration, particularly in the Information Technology, Engineering industry, health care workers, investors, academics and individuals of exceptional ability. Mr. Fakhoury has extensive experience in the areas of Corporate Immigration, and has worked in private firms, as well as serving as In-House Counsel for Syntel Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company in the Information Technology industry. In particular, his practice focuses on H, L, E, and O visas, Labor Certifications, Advance Degree Professionals, Multinational Executives and Outstanding Researchers and Professors. Mr. Fakhoury has represented clients at U.S. Consulates abroad and is an international lecturer and fellow for the Center for International Legal Studies (CILS) and a Member of the Immigration section of the International Bar Association. Mr. Fakhoury has served as Panel Speaker at the American Bar International Law Section. He has also presented and written articles on immigration issues. Mr. Fakhoury is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan, International Law Section; Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), Immigration Law Committee; American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA); International Business Association, Immigration Law Committee; and Fellow, Center of International Legal Studies, Salzburg Austria.

Matthew Kolken is a trial lawyer with experience in all aspects of United States Immigration Law including Immigration Courts throughout the United States, and appellate practice before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. District Courts, and U.S. Courts of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York , the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Chris Musillo is a partner at Musillo Unkenholt Immigration Law. He is a graduate of Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania. When not zealously representing his clients, Chris enjoys outdoor sports, listening to music, traveling and reading.

Lory D. Rosenberg is an award-winning attorney and owner of IDEAS Consultation & Coaching, LLC, a unique immigration law consulting and mentoring practice providing high-achieving immigration lawyers, leaders and businesses with comprehensive analysis, strategy, expert opinion, and collaboration, so they can successfully obtain visa approvals and lawful permanent residence, defend against removal, and win appeals for their clients despite complex and challenging circumstances.  Ms. Rosenberg is a national speaker and former adjunct professor, who served from 1995-2002 as an appellate immigration judge on the Board of Immigration Appeals. She is co-author of the leading treatise, Immigration Law and Crimes, was a featured columnist for Benders Immigration Bulletin (2002-2007, and has extensive experience as a legal analyst, practitioner, writer, trainer, non-profit director, litigator, policy advocate, and decision-maker involving immigration law and policy.

Greg Siskind is a partner in Siskind Susser's Memphis, Tennessee, office. After graduating magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago. Mr. Siskind is a member of AILA, a board member of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, and a member of the ABA, where he serves on the LPM Publishing Board as Marketing Vice Chairman. He is the author of several books, including the J Visa Guidebook and The Lawyer's Guide to Marketing on the Internet. Joel Stewart Joel Stewart practices exclusively in the area of immigration law. He specialized in Romance and Slavic Linguistics before receiving a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Russian. He is Past President of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a nationally recognized authority on employment-based immigration matters as well as a popular speaker at immigration seminars for national and local bar associations throughout the United States. Mr. Stewart is the editor of The Perm Book, the definitive authority on the subject of PERM processing of labor certifications, and has been writing the BALCA Case Summaries since 1987. Mr. Stewart authors official AILA articles and publications such as the Visa Processing Guide for Procedures at U.S. Consulates and Embassies in Brazil and Portugal. He maintains a Blog on PERM issues which appears weekly on ILW.com and chairs PERM workshops and telephonic conferences for ILW throughout the year. Mr. Stewart has been listed in Florida Super Lawyers and is frequently cited internationally as a leading corporate and immigration lawyer. In addition, to founding the Immigration Committee for the Dade County Bar Association, Mr. Stewart is General Counsel of the Brazilian Consulate in Miami, and represents the Brazilian community throughout Florida, the United States and abroad.

Margaret W. Wong is a licensed, practicing immigration lawyer who has been representing foreign borns since 1977. Amongst other accolades and honors, she has been inducted into the Ohio Women's Hall of Fame, is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and served as the first Asian American president of the Northeastern Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Her law firm handles over 5,000 matters with foreign borns each year, with offices in Cleveland, New York, Atlanta, Columbus, and Detroit. She resides in Cleveland with her husband and two children. She is a life member of the 6th Circuit and 8th Judicial District. She is listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer and Ohio Leading Lawyer, and as one of Cleveland Magazine's Most Interesting People. She sits on the Boards of United Way, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, and Notre Dame College in Cleveland. She is an avid educator, reader, and writer. Currently she is the co-chair of the Immigrant Law Committee of NAPABA. She is a Charter founding member of the Ohio Supreme Court CLE Commission and Ohio Supreme Court Racial Task Force, and a life member of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and Federal Bar Association. She currently sits on the National Advisory Committee of the Cleveland State University Law School and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
