                        KERANTHA POOLE-CHRISTIAN

  The Clerk called the Senate bill (S. 302) for the relief of Karantha 
Poole-Christian.
  There being no objection, the Clerk read the Senate bill as follows:

                                 S. 302

       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 
     the United States of America in Congress assembled,

     SECTION 1. CLASSIFICATION AS A CHILD UNDER THE IMMIGRATION 
                   AND NATIONALITY ACT.

       (a) In General.--In the administration of the Immigration 
     and Nationality Act, Kerantha Poole-Christian shall be 
     classified as a child within the meaning of section 
     101(b)(1)(E) of such Act, upon approval of a petition filed 
     on her behalf by Clifton or Linette Christian, citizens of 
     the United States, pursuant to section 204 of such Act.
       (b) Limitation.--No natural parent, brother, or sister, if 
     any, of Kerantha Poole-Christian shall, by virtue of such 
     relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status 
     under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

  The Senate bill was ordered to be read a third time, was read the 
third time, and passed, and a motion to reconsider was laid on the 
table.

Calendar.
