House Hearing Testimony On CLEAR Act Legislation
The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security, and Claims held a hearing on the Clear Law Enforcement for Criminal Alien Removal Act of 2003 (CLEAR Act) and received testimony from the following: Mr. Gordon Quan, Mayor Pro Tem Houston, Texas; Mr. James R.
