The New York Times reports "The House Appropriations Committee voted on Wednesday to block a border-security contract worth up to $10 billion between the Homeland Security Department and Accenture because the company is based outside the US."

Detainees File Class Action Lawsuit On Due Process Waiver Claim
The Star Telegram reports "Three Central Americans filed a federal class-action lawsuit Wednesday claiming they were coerced into waiving their right to appear before an immigration judge."
