San Francisco , CA - Morgan Lewis is currently seeking an Immigration Case Manager for the Immigration Practice Group who will be resident in our San Francisco office. This position reports directly to the Immigration Regional Paralegal Manager and is a part of our paralegal team. The responsibilities include but not limited to preparing and filing employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, labor certification (PERM) applications and applications for permanent residency and secondary benefits for foreign nationals, communicating with employees, managers and human resources professionals, participating in case strategy meetings, client development activities, preparing correspondence; tracking and managing critical deadlines and working with attorneys and the Regional Paralegal Manager to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing. The ideal candidate is a result-oriented individual who has 5+ years of business immigration experience, works well under pressure, and can prioritize and balance competing demands. Candidates must be detail oriented with excellent written/verbal communication, organizational and computer skills. A Bachelor's degree and certification as a paralegal in California (per AB 1761) is required.
