Bios of speakers for Monday's seminar on healthcare immigration are as follows:

Rolf Sletten is chairman of the Federation of State Medical Board's License Portability Group - West and is also a frequent presenter on medical licensure issues. He is the Executive Secretary of the North Dakota Board of Medical Examiners. He has held that position since 1983, making him one of the longest serving medical board executives in the United States. Rolf also spent several years working as a criminal prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. He is a past chairman of the North Dakota State Pardon Board and has twice served on the North Dakota Judicial Nominating Committee. Rolf is the Vice President of Administrators in Medicine (AIM) - the national organization for state medical board's executive directors.

LaTonia Denise Wright is a nurse, clinical consultant, and attorney. Ms. Wright's law practice is limited to health law and regulatory compliance for healthcare employers and representing licensed healthcare professionals in Board disciplinary investigations, clinical, employment, and unemployment matters in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Ms. Wright owns The Healthcare Risk Aversion Group, LLC., a consulting firm that provides legal training, CE, in-services, and risk management services. She is a practicing home health visit RN with Interim Healthcare in Cincinnati, Ohio. She speaks nationally, regionally, and locally on nursing law issues. Ms. Wright is an active member of the Ohio Nurses Association (ONA) and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA).

MaryLu Cianciolo received her undergraduate degree at University of Denver, Denver, Colorado, her law degree from Valparaiso, University and her Masters of Business Administration from University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois She is admitted to practice law in Illinois, New York, and Northern District of Illinois. In addition to her law practice which focuses on assisting the Rehabilitation with reimbursement matters as well as Immigration. She is a principal with Therapy Team Educational Services where she is the instructor for the Legal, Scope of Practice and Ethics sections of their course preparing physical therapy graduates for the NPTE and NPTAE.
