• there was a typographical error in Eww's letter to the Editor in the December 17, 2004 Immigration Daily issue which incorrectly spelled "au pair" as "an pair".
• the Featured Article in the December 17, 2004 issue of Immigration Daily entitled, "New Laws Affecting US Visas For Foreign National Employees" was attributed to Paul Parsons in error. The article was co-authored by Donald Wolfson and Michael Mandel of Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP.
