(a) Temporary treatment benefits terminate upon a final determination with respect to the alien's eligibility for Temporary Protected Status. (b) Temporary treatment benefits terminate, in any case, sixty (60) days after the date that notice is published of the termination of a foreign state's designation under section 244(b)(3) of the Act.
