Question #1: If the attorney negotiates with Regional Center to reduce administration fee by the amount of the finder's fee (e.g. $15K), then attorney is entitled to charge usual and normal fee, correct? Answer by Robert Divine: I don't see why not. Question #2: I believe that all Regional Centers give finder's fees. Assuming such is the case, the attorney would get same fee regardless of which RC was used as the investment vehicle. Thus would such change the advice given regarding accepting finder's fees.
