• Those states that require the Certification Program OR Credential Evaluation Service include:
  Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and Oregon
• The requirements for initial licensure described by CGFNS do not include Canadian nurses. State requirements for Canadian nurses vary greatly
