Question:

When filling out the PERM form, if we have a situation where we would mark "yes" to H.6, H.8 and H.10, would we always put in the language about "any suitable combination of experience, training and education", or is there ever a situation where we would NOT put that language in the form.

If you mark yes in section H.10, you should have the above mentioned language in the forms.
