1. Pay the $100 fee after I-485 is filed. 2. You are able to file I-485 when the DV Regional Lottery Rank Number Is up, that means the visa is available up to those numbers (such as 5000 for Asia, all numbers before 5000 are eligible to apply I-485, this number is call allocation cut off number) 3. REGIONs: AF, AS, EU, NA(north America, Bahamas) OC(Oceania) SA(south America & Caribbean) 4. The allocation cut-off number, shown each month, which is post on the department of state website, visa bulletin. 5. I-485 or I.V thru A/C has to be approved/issued for the DV-year Registered, the fiscal year ends September 30. Only when your regional rank number has reached allocation cut-off number, you are eligible to file I-485 (we file in Cleveland CIS) And send the $100 to DOS in PA, keep the receipt for Adjustment appointment.
