From Laurence F. Johnson
If I receive a Rejection Notice from the Lockbox, where do I re-file my corrected application/petition?
If the application/petition is a Form type that is processed by the Lockbox, the rejection notice will state that the Form can be resubmitted to the address listed on the bottom of the notice (this is the Lockbox’s PO Box address).
If, however, the rejected application/petition is a Form type that the Lockbox does not currently process, the rejection notice will state that the Form should be re-filed with the USCIS office with jurisdiction. This Rejection Notice will NOT instruct the applicant to resubmit the application to the address listed on the bottom of the notice (which is the Lockbox’s PO Box address). The applicant will need to refer to the specific Form instructions for additional information on where to file.
