Dear Editor:
I wholeheartedly concur with "Another Victim of INS/State Department/Congress". In my particular case I am still awaiting K-3 approval although the I-129f petition was submitted to Chicago in July and receipted in August. Totally impossible to get any status until it gets approved and forwarded to NVC!
The Department of Justice? Where is the justice in taking money from citizens and providing absolutely no facility for inquiries and, what appears to be, a random selection of petition dates for approval.
Another citizen out in the cold.

Changes in the Immigration policies after September 11th are imminent. Will these changes be pro-immigration or anti-immigration remains to be seen. Now more than ever before, it is important for immigrants to stand up and be heard.
All immigrants must participate in the process of change that will affect their lives. What better place to make it happen, than on the biggest immigration website- ILW.COM- the immigration portal.
