DHS Extends TPS For Nationals Of Somalia

I want to know what kind of alien is needed mostly for America. I'm just studying engineering and I would know what is the way to get more chance to be a part of the America dream. Also, I'm of Arabic origin, with all this conflict around the world , do you think that I have an opportunity as a future engineer and a man of science, to have a way to the land of promise?
