2007 DV Lottery Begins October 5th
The Department of State announced that registration for the 2007 Diversity Visa Lottery will begin October 5, 2005. For the notice, see here. The Department of State has warned people to stay away from fraudulent DV websites. For more info, see here.

Why does Immigrant's Weekly let such racist remarks be included, such as Ann Mack's letter to the Editor (09/12/05 IW). So sad.

Dear Editor:
Ann Mack's letter was true, well written, and timely (09/12/05 IW). Those who propogate and support illegal aliens as most of Immigrant's Weekly readers do, are not acting with the interests of our Country at heart. Oh, Samuel Gompers was a left wing rabble rousing communist, or at best communist sympathiser. No wonder he'd be popular on this forum. It is outrageous for American's (of all ethnic persuasions) to be fighting and dying abroad to protect the "rights" of these ungrateful, arrogant Mexican illegals strutting down our streets, displaying Mexican flags on their vehicles and houses. The survivors of Katrina now will have to fight the aliens for the priviledge of finding work in their own country. Arizona and New Mexico, with pretty left leaning administrations, have seen fit to declare a state of emergency along their borders with Mexico. Does this give anyone pause for thought?
