Dear Weekly Editor:
It is awful funny that they increase the fees but slow down the process. (Re: Comment IW 1/22/08) Even with the fee increase you would think they could pay employees better and have better equipment to process filings faster instead of slowing down. They should have forseen the increase and always know that the increase of filings would happen and should have been better prepaired.
