Dear Editor:
How can a poor Immigrant ever get his rights represented when he cannot afford a lawyer? It seems to me the lawyers whom I always meet always want exorbitant prices. I feel they kinda know you are in a situation. I feel blackmailed and vulnerable. Is there any lawyer that might help and get paid in portions?
