Mr. Deutsch has served in this position since 2001. Prior to joining Peak Resorts Mr. Deutsch was an active real estate investor and developer who specialized in urban redevelopment. His development experience has encompassed many different types of assets and he is well versed in complicated financing, design, construction and management issues. In his current position he is responsible for raising capital, developing growth strategy, monetizing the company’s real estate holdings and identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities.
Laurie Newton, Director of Planning and Permitting, Mount Snow
Laurie joined Mount Snow in 1984 and is currently responsible for planning and permitting at Mount Snow. Her past positions at Mount Snow have included marketing, public relations and administration.
Doug Hauer works at Mintz-Levin, a prominent law firm in Boston, in the Corporate & Securities Practice and Immigration Practice. He represents clients in routine and complex immigration matters. Doug has experience counseling individuals on all aspects of the US visa process. He also has experience representing investors seeking permanent residence status through the EB-5 program. He has successfully counseled EB-5 investors from many countries including China, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Bangladesh. He has received many awards, including the Best Lawyers in America: Immigration Law in 2014.
