Cletus Weber (Discussion Leader) is a Co-Founder and Senior Attorney at Peng & Weber, PLLC, a suburban Seattle, Washington (Mercer Island) immigration law firm focusing on assisting EB-5 investors, entrepreneurs, and highly talented persons from around the world. He is Editor-in-Chief of AILA's Guide to PERM Labor Certification: Strategies, Samples, and Guidance for Achieving Success (American Immigration Lawyers Association, 2011), Associate Editor of AILA's Immigration Options for Investors & Entrepreneurs, 2nd Edition (2010), Associate Editor of AILA's Immigration Practice Pointers: Tips for Handling Complex Cases (2010-2011), Chair of AILA's national Board of Publications Committee, a member of AILA's national EB-5 Conference Committee, a member of the Association to Invest in the USA (IIUSA), and author of the popular "Unsolicited Advice" column on immigration law practice for AILA's online magazine, Voice: An Immigration Dialogue. His practice focuses on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas with special emphasis on EB-5 investors, E-2 investors, PERM labor certification, national interest waivers, aliens of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, and J-1 waivers. Mr. Weber earned his BBA degree (Beta Gamma Sigma honors) at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1986 and earned his law degree at the National Law Center of George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1989. He served as Managing Editor of the George Washington Law Review, 1988-1989. Michele Buchanan is a partner at Stone, Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP , she has over twenty years of experience in the field of immigration law. Ms. Buchananís immigration law experience began in 1986 with an immigration firm representing primarily clients from East Asia. She later worked with two of Southern Californiaís largest business immigration firms, representing a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, major universities, individual business investors, professionals, research scientists, academicians, actors, musicians and artists of various kinds. She also had the opportunity to represent clients applying for US visas at the American Embassies/Consulates in Juarez, Mexico; Toronto, Canada; Halifax, Canada; and Seoul, Korea, as well as clients applying for political asylum and permanent residence under the Violence Against Women Act. Currently Ms. Buchananís practice is focused on EB5 employment creation investor cases, and she has successfully represented dozens of investors in their EB-5 applications and petitions for removal of conditions. She also provides counsel to several regional centers in connection with their EB-5 matters. She received her law degree from the University of West Los Angeles School Of Law and is admitted to the California Bar. Ms. Buchanan is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.

Joseph C. McCarthy's primary area of legal expertise is Immigration Law, including all facets of EB-5 Regional Centers and foreign investment immigration projects. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has successfully received USCIS approval for multiple EB-5 Regional Centers throughout the United States. His legal practice also includes International Law, Business Law, with an emphasis on private placement memoranda (PPM) and partnership/limited partnership agreements, Litigation, Contract Negotiation and Environmental Law. Mr. McCarthy holds a law degree with honors from the Seattle University School of Law, a M.S. in Hydrogeology & Aqueous Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines, and a B.A. in Geology from Whittier College.

|Angelo Paparelli is a partner of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Paparelli, with a bicoastal practice in Southern California and New York City, is known for providing creative solutions to complex and straightforward immigration law problems, especially involving mergers and acquisitions, labor certifications and the H-1B visa category. His practice areas include legislative advocacy; employer compliance audits and investigations; U.S. and foreign work visas and permanent residence for executives, managers, scientists, scholars, investors, professionals, students and visitors; immigration messaging and speech-writing; corporate policy formulation; and immigration litigation before administrative agencies and the federal courts. Chun Yun ("Elizabeth") Peng is a co-founder and senior attorney of Peng & Weber, PLLC (www.GreencardLawyers.com), a suburban Seattle-based immigration law firm focusing on EB-5 visa investors, L-1 executives and managers, and other areas of investment- and business-focused immigration law. Ms. Peng earned her L.L.B. degree at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China in 1983. While pursuing L.L.M. studies at the same university, she earned a Ford Foundation scholarship to study law in the United States, completing her J.D. degree at the University of Kansas in 1988. Ms. Peng is a long-standing member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), is a former executive committee member of the Washington State chapter of AILA, and has extensive experience representing Chinese businesses and entrepreneurs in all areas of immigration law related to EB-5 immigrant investors and L-1/EB-1C multinational executives and managers. She has spoken nationally on EB-5 issues.
Nenad Radu works in deal origination at Hussar & Co. Mr. Radu, a Serbian national by birth, brings together a decades worth of sales experience in the emerging markets and with his sales and IT background is responsible for utilizing technology and social media in order to originate pool of talents and prospective clients, as well as developing internal infrastructure. Prior to Hussar & Co. Mr. Radu headed up deal origination for the European desk at Nova Capital Partners in New York. He has deep experience in the region of emerging Europe and received his degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology in Serbia. Mr. Radu is fluent in English, Serbian, and Croatian.
